Ryder is one of those 'once in a lifetime'/'breeder's dream' kind of dogs that you just can't help but fall in love with. He is co-owned with and absolutely adored by Margaret and Ashley Martins of Ashmar Golden Retrievers. I am so very thankful they agreed to bring Ryder into their family...for they have made him the wonderful dog he is.
As his breeder, Ryder brought me to an all new high in July 2007 by winning Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Best Canadian Bred at the National Specialty...defeating well over 100 dogs to complete his Championship. Now, that's how to finish with style!
Ryder is exclusively handled by Ashley and they will continue to show in Canada as a Special whenever the mood strikes. Ryder and Ashley will also be heading State-side to earn Ryder's American Championship.
